Buffalo Wild Wings in Albuquerque

BBW was one of my favorite places to eat out, but they have messed our order the last 2 to-go orders. I ordered boneless wings about a month ago, and received bone-in wings instead, which I hate. I let that one go. I ordered from them tonight from Door Dash and I’m so disappointed. I selected Jammin Jalapeño for my fiancé’s wing sauce and the wings arrived without any sauce on them. I called BBW and inquired and I was told, “we don’t carry jammin jalapeño sauce anymore.” But no one called to let us know that so that we could pick something different. The boneless wings we did receive with this order we also very low quality. The chicken tasted off and was dry. So unhappy!

We went out to try their little patio. Two tables available staff said it would be 30mins. 45mins later I went inside to check. They said we are next. We left and went to Flamez Bistro, when we were eating out appetizer they called. Wow!

Horrible service. Rude waitress taking to go payments. Waited for 3 hours to get my to go order and then when I finally received it and got home, I was missing my wifes food. I remembered why I haven't visited B dubs in about a year. Won't return.

This particular location just blows! I really love BDubs but this locale totally messed up their rep. I only gave one star because while service and portions were lacking, the wings never let me down. Walking through the door wasn't welcoming at all. After being seated, we put in our drink orders and waited over 15 minutes just for water. Then, we gave specific requests for our wings, which took nearly an hour before it came to our table. The portions were so small that we barely shared anything. The server even dropped a fry on me. The server never came back or asked us if we needed anything. Overall, just a terrible experience. Fortunately, I will give other locations a benefit of the doubt. But this location is off my list!

Stopped in for lunch right at 12. Restaurant was pretty empty but there were a few tables occupied in the bar. Service was not fast but it was acceptable. Food was good and fresh and the environment was welcoming

Poor customer service. I am starting to really dislike this place. If you place an order to go, make sure that you check it first, especially if you order a basket of fries. They give you very little fries when you order to go and occasionally do it when you dine in. Basket of fries is like 5 dollars. Ridiculous, when you do not get the right amount. To top it off, sometimes the fries you get are not cooked very well or cooked too much. What is the point? :/ Last week, they got my to go order wrong and I notified them the next day because they were literally at capacity and had to park two businesses over to pick it up . They apologized and said they make mistakes, but offered no solution to fix my order. So I just wasted my money. They gave me wrong sauces on my food and the fries were not cooked well. I guess I won't be online ordering for a while or I will only dine in so if they get it wrong I can tell them right there and then.

Been to this location a couple times. Consistently have had to wait past the estimated time given online (ordered at 4:05PM online, est ready for pickup at 4:50PM. I am writing this at 5:24 in the parking lot, still no food and no time estimate. The manager or whoever (balding red-in-the-face man) is also exceedingly rude.Update: wings received at 5:35. Missing potato wedges and also two of the sauces weren’t closed properly so it made a mess in the bag.

I placed a takeout order during the COVID social distancing period. Had my sister pick it up and when she got home I saw that my order was missing several pieces. I immediately called the restaurant back and was transferred to the manager. Megan was professional and concise. She asked for the items that were missing and had them ready when we went back to the restaurant. There was no arguing or false apologies, just a quick fix and it was very appreciated.

Food was great as usual but the service was slow. Its understandable because they didn't have many people working the dining room. But if that's the case then management should fix it. Every one was respectful and helpful and the regardless of the wait the food was hot when it arrived which was great. I just wish we didn't have to wait so long for it.

Boneless chicken wings were bigger and the sauce was great. Thank you for great customer service.

Delish..pickup unorganized but..

Nice to celebrate a birthday and watch football. But food wasn't all that. And didn't like that wait staff was just standing around.

Consistently good food and service at this location.

My grandson loves their garlic and parmesan wings.

Good food. Social distancing was great. Our server Sarah was pleasant and attentive.

Slow and disorganized carryout service. They try hard but look understaffed at the counter. Picked up carryout many times and always have to wait well beyond the promised time. Lines of waiting people that don't move make me nervous.

This buffalo wild wings used to my favorite close restaurant. Now I will never return. This location is completely unorganized and they will tell you 30 minutes for everything all the time. Placed an order online? It will be 30. Waiting for a seat? 30. They just checked your order in the back? "It will be a few minutes" actually 30. It's absolutely horrid how they treat customers and how long orders take.

Put our name on the list at 930 they told us it was going to be a 30 minute wait, we wait the 30 minutes maybe even more for them to tell us in the end at 10 that last call was actually 30 minutes ago so we waited 30 minutes for nothing. Unprofessional if you ask me!

I’m not sure why I kept coming back. My last 4 orders have been wrong and/or not ready until a minimum of 20 minutes after my pickup time. Management has hung up on me while waiting to speak to them and the staff is rude and unapologetic. They will allow friends to bypass the wait for patio seating while there are already 4 parties waiting. This location needs a major overhaul. Almost all of the staff needs to be let go or retrained. This location was 5/5 ten years ago but should no longer be allowed to serve if they are unable to operate properly.

Hella wait. Was told a 10 min wait during this pandemic. The workers stand around and ignore you while you're waiting for a table. 5 tables are open and not being cleaned within the wait. Had to tell the front dest countless times.

Because I got carded. Jk the server took way too long to come check on us each time. We would finish our beers and have to wait before she came and asked what we needed. The glasses were just piling up as well, until the end when she took them all. I ordered 2 10 bone in wings and I said extra sauce and fresh, they were not. I asked for a 6 piece afterwards and you could tell those were actually fresh. I told my boy damn this location is dead for a Thursday night. And now we know why. Never coming back even though it's 3 minutes from my house

The food was amazing as always and I lovebyye Buy one Get one free deal on boneless chicken wings. Keep up the good work.

The boneless wings were slightly over cooked, however the flavor was great and the service was excellent.

The Thai curry was the best part. Fried pickles are wack, would never recommend. Dry lemon pepper rub, was incredibly dry. Almost twenty extra min wait bc they were slammed. Service was nice. This was my first try, have to say, I'll have to stick with WingStop.

The wings are good. I understand that things are tough right now. But both times I have ordered it took an extra 20 minutes for my order and the sauces were half full or less.

Ordered togo and almost the entire order was messed up. Out of 3 flavors of wings, only 2 were sauced right. Basically 30 wings with 20 of them naked. Ranch was busted open all over the sauce bag, asked for only celery but received carrots, fried pickles didn’t come with any sauce, and fries tasted ancient. You’d think with only doing takeout there would be time to double check orders.

I highly suggest Not Ordering from this location. We ordered wings and half of them were missing. When calling this location to ask what happened or where our food was, the manager said she can’t do anything about it. Very rude and very unprofessional. Don’t waste your money at this location. Literally.

Stopped to pick up an order and went in to pick it up. Didnt have it ready after the time it was said to be and told me to wait in my car. I waited 40 mins for them to bring me my food and had to call them from my car again to bring us the food Waited another ten minutes and was brought freezing cold food. I will never go back. And the wings are as good as the service

Where do I start... we've ordered online about 5x since March, and each time there's something wrong with our order. I feel like they have extreme difficulty reading and following instructions. The first couple of times we asked for no cilantro on the nachos, and got cilantro. They've forgotten the children's drink, and side sauces each and everytime we order. They forget to give the side of celery and carrots. I thought I'd make it easy on them tonight and just order chicken tenders with chips and salsa.... I got tenders and fries. I think we're done with BWW.

Unfortunately they did not have a lot of things on the menu which is upsetting as the waiter had to go and come back several times. It was seat yourself so they didn't notice when we walked in to sit down until much later. They need to work on their inventory stock and customer service skills.

This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I placed an online order for delivery and after it was submitted and paid I got a notice that it was being delivered via door dash. Well my order arrived and some things were missing. I called to inform them what happened and the girl that answered the phone was rude and then hung up on me. Of course I called back to speak with a manager and was left on hold for about 20+ minutes before I hung up. I will never return to this restaurant again.

Order a meal for the family for take out on 7/4/20. Was told there was a 30 minute wait, showed up 45 minutes later and the was no one up front. Had to go to the bartender to get help. There was a total of 5 people dinning in. The server answered the phone that was continually ringing before service was provided. Received order and came home. Order was short wings and was not given extras we were charged for. This has been a problem since the pandemic. Sadly service has gone down hill the last few years, you have lost a long term customer from the neighborhood.

They ignored me in curbside for 30 minutes after I sent my text as their system tells you to. From my receipt, my order was ready 10 minutes before I arrived

It's your typical sports bar cold bear decent food, although I feel the quality has gone down in the past decade but that every buffalo wild wings. This ones recent remodel is nice.

I placed an order online. 1.5 hours before pick up. I arrived for my order and it wasn’t ready! The young lady snapped at me saying “you have 30 orders ahead of you!”. I ordered in PLENTY of time to make sure I’d make it back home in time for my son’s virtual bday celebration!! How frustrating to not be notified of this frustrating delay.

Shocked at the fact that they dont require masks for pickup. I was in line and a young female did not want to wear a mask and when I asked the staff...they rudely said that they dont require masks...its voluntary!! Really??? So they want people to look good when buying wings! We should all go in in playboy bunny outfits and Buffalo wild wings will champion in ABQ covid. Wonder what the governor will think of of this? Hope you will have your license suspended for short shorts!!!

Hung up on me three times before they took my order. They were very unclear about what I ordered. Very frustrating

Ordered delivery from here via Doordash. Chicken was good but they didn't give me any sauce. I also got a side of cheese curds and again no sauce. Luckily I had Ranch dressing and Frank's in the fridge, otherwise I would have raged.

The wings are always good. Service is good but, slow at getting the food out from the kitchen, even when it's not that busy. Trash bin in the bathrooms overflowing the last 3 times I have been there.

Never going again ugly . I bet that girl who wouldn’t answer the phone, then hung up , didnt know,when all i wanted was to go back and get my company fresh veggies. Money hungry.

Got takeout. They didn't include one of the items I ordered. The queso didn't have pico de gallo in it even though I made sure to include it with the order. The queso was also congealed and not very tasty at all. The fries were not completely fried and were floppy. The wings were just okay. The ranch that was included wasn't closed all the way and ended up spilling everywhere in the bag. Won't be back.

Food is always good and so is the service, I've been to this location multiple times and never had bad service. Just with they would bring back the hummus dip and pita chips!

Service was Great, but to go order was wrong.After arriving to my hotel, I discovered my grilled chicken salad was fried. Very little salad dressing and a total waste of money. This neglect will not help the current situation...much less, my loss of food. What a Shame.

Ordered for extra wet wings , ended up with extra crisp wings. Also missed carrots too which ordered for sides.

It's my first visit, and I'm looking forward to having the wings tonight. The staff was friendly. If the wings taste as good as they look, I'll be going back regularly.
